Spacious and clean room that was quiet for some good night rest. Modern decor, friendly staff und food amenities. Tram and S-Bahn Station right outside the hotel making it quite accessible.

Loved my stay here. The staff were super nice when I checked in and my room was great. It’s in a little quieter area of the city which is nice, there is a grocery store across the street and a good cafe not too far away. It’s also right next to the ringbahn which is super convenient, I will definitely stay here again when in Berlin.

I booked this for a friends 50th Birthday and the staff at the hotel were amazing when I was planning this. They made her stay wonderful and even surprised her with some cakes to celebrate the milestone. Next next to train station and friend team.

The location is the keyword, near the tram and S ban, near reasturants, dm just steps away. At the other hand, the staff is cooperative and nice. The room is spacious, nice, little bit old firnture but accepted.

It's was fine room was good, but besides train made it a bit noisy in the evening

8/10 Very good

Lovely hotel conveniently located to S Bahn stop and tram routes etc. Plenty of amenities close by. The rooms were modern and quiet but in both rooms during my stay the showers leaked all over the bathroom floor and one shower head was broken and couldn’t be used to slide.

The hotel is conveniently located next to bus, tram and S bahn stations making it easy to use public transport to and from the airport and city centre. The breakfast was very good with a variety of hot and cold food. The gym was well equipped too.

6/10 Good

The hotel had large and clean rooms. The bathroom was large and clean. Unfortunately, the cooling and ventilation system was weak and the variety of food for breakfast was very low.

Didn’t try the spa, but the breakfast was nice, and had something for everyone. Room was fantastic. Big, modern and clean. Would 100% stay there again.

8/10 Very good

Amazing hotel: close to transportation so you can get around, beautiful decor and atmosphere, loved the 24hours gym and use of the spa, room was huge, bed comfortable and shower was big and had good water pressure. Only downside was my refrigerator wasn’t working, they suggested I switch to new room but I asked them to send me ice packs or a possible technician - I got neither. Other than that I would definitely stay here again.

6/10 Good

Clean and great location. Easy to find, nice room overall. I had to switch rooms twice as ac didn’t function, but it turned out that was the way their ac is, and even though it was 90 out, preset ac is very, very low. Also, all stores are closed on Sundays, so be prepared to spend $32 on their breakfast. Nice and quiet room and good bed.

Staff were helpful. Room was clean, right next to the train station and a tram line, plus a supermarket across the road. Set up a birthday surprise too which was perfect!

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and again it was wonderful! The room was spacious and well appointed and the sauna area is has both a Bio and a Finnish Sauna as well as a steam room. The gym is well equipped. The location is an easy tram ride from Berlin HBF that goes through Alexanderplatz.
