"Perfect small hotel in a wonderful location. I know there are some reviews stating people couldn't check in. We had no issues. We communicated once we landed in Spain our estimated ETA. Olats at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She gave us maps of the city, suggested sights to see, places to eat, and even gave us tips on transportation around Bermeo and to San Juan. The bed was very comfortable, and I enjoyed the snacks and coffee that were lovingly provided every day. The exterior is unique and gorgeous. I did not have the chance to eat at the restaurant, but I enjoyed eating a peaceful lunch outside at the tables. I recommend this place 100%. "
