The room was comfortable and quiet. The amenities were nice and housekeeping was very good. Appreciated the welcome drink and the desk staff was very accommodating and helpful. Outstanding service; staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The junior suite was comfortable, clean, and well appointed, if a bit dark due to the unique architecture of the building. Various small touches of hospitality and luxury made the stay extra special. Great location in the old town. Make sure to reserve parking in advance if you need it and note that the parking lot is tight. Overall, one of the best hotel stays for us in recent years!

We had the absolute best time here. We stayed in room 303 and the views were gorgeous of the river, it was a corner room that had three big windows that slightly opened. We were here for Aste Nagusia the big citywide festival and the location of the hotel couldn’t be more perfect. We walked everywhere, had pintxos at all the local bars, it was super lively. The bed so so comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the staff could not have been any more positive and generous. Will be recommending this to everyone. Thanks again!
