Great hotel.

This is a great hotel, with very pleasant staff. Bedroom and bathroom were excellent. It's not the hotel's fault that there's a massive building project going on beside it! We didn't go there for the view, but to be close to the Ferry terminal. It's perfectly understandable that the site workers had to start their mechanical equipment at 7am 😳

The hotel feels like it’s in nomansland. Aircon doesn’t work. The room was a sauna all day and night. Beds are not comfy. Positives: close to metro who takes you to Bilbao city centre in 15 minutes. Large rooms. Clean.

after a long jouney we arrived to be informed that there was no restaurant or bar the hotel was in a industrial estate with no local bars there fore no food or drinks were available

Very disappointed! Hotel advertised having a restaurant and cafeteria, neither of which were open! Hotel also advertised having wine and champagne available but were told at reception that only food and drink available was from a vending machine. As there were no bars or restaurants nearby in this industrial port area, we ended up with a packet sandwich from the vending machine! For info, it was a Friday night stay in June.

Como abras la ventana en se te llena la habitación de mosquitos y en el lobby/entrada hay bastantes. Imagino que por la ría que está al lado. La primera noche fue horrible, y lógicamente no volvimos a abrir el resto de noches.

Hôtel très bien situé à Sestao. A moins d'un quart d'heure à pied de la station de métro urbinaga ( 20mn de Bilbao). Énormément de places de parking gratuites aux alentours. Les chambres sont de tailles plutôt grandes. Elles sont confortables même si la décoration est un peu vieillotte. Seul bémol, l'éclairage de la salle de bain est un peu faible...

Chambre vieillotte, occupée aussi par des moustiques, j'en ai tué 7 en 2 jours alors que l'on n'ouvrait pas la fenêtre. C'est dommage car cet hôtel est à environ 10 mn de la station de métro pour Bilbao.
