The Brenners Hotel and Spa property is simply sublime and exquisite. The gardens are beautiful and peaceful and form the back drop for relaxing moments sipping beverages or enjoying quiet time. The Fritz and Felix restaurant is excellent and among the best in Baden Baden. The bar is gorgeous and the bartenders and service staff in general are all on top of their game.

Very nicely appointed studio apartment with a lot of space. Location is central with quick access to the U and S trains at Potsdamer Platz. Excellent location for the Philharmonie and Kulturforum.

Everything was perfect. There was one odd exception. We were 2 people in the room, 2 sinks in the bathroom, yet were rationed with one tube of shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion for our 3 day stay. When I left the used tube open to have them notice it is empty, they closed it and put it back for the next day. So I bought the toiletries I needed. It was only on our last day that we were paid an evening visit by the staff to rearrange the bed, add a towel and a sweet. My daughter...

Unbelievable on all accounts. Great gym, pools, restaurants, food, covered amenities, etc.

We stayed at the Rocco Forte line before and found it lovely, however the service and overall experience at the Charles Hotel truly defined luxury service. Best example: we wanted to take the subway to BMW World and it being a hard to find station, the concierge not only walked us to the station but down to the platform and ensured we got the correct train. The desk staff and concierge were wonderful: helpful, prompt and friendly. The rooms were beautiful, and the breakfasts offered a huge and delicious variety of cereals, breads, eggs, meats, cheeses, juices, coffees, teas, and more.

The best hotel we have ever stayed at. The views are amazing and the hotel is something out of a good movie. The staff were terrific. We went on a guided one hour torch nature walk that the hotel puts on Friday night. It is truly one of the most beautiful places in the world.
