Gorgeous room. Great view. Comfortable bed. Great location. Really enjoyed our stay despite a couple of downsides: We needed a bed for a teenager, despite impressions from our booking that it might be a proper bed, it was a cot that was rolled in. incredibly long time to get hot water in bathroom, very wasteful. With all the restaurants in the hotel, it would be nice if there were a place just to get coffee in the AM.

We booked the Maratim Hotel due to the location and how it looked. The hotel was very clean and the staff very attentive. The hotel has a perfect location and was very easy to reach from the train station. Everything is walkable, and we had a lovely view of the Dom from our room. The rooms were a good size, included a nice balcony, and the hotel felt very eco conscious. Check in could have been better. The staff member was not very helpful with local recommendations, and we were not told that booking breakfast at check in would have been 7€ less per person per day, which would save us 28€.
