"Rooms and grounds were clean. Breakfast was wonderful. Cleaning and breakfast staff were wonderful. Management, check in, parking and information given to guests were horrible. Ended our stay with confusion, unaccountability and parking tickets for lack of knowledge."

We had the balcony with a great view of the square, and enjoyed having the outdoor space. Also enjoyed the lounge area with snacks and great people watching at the square. "Only its closeness to terminal 2 is the reason to stay here at a horrendous price...paid 235 usd for a small room, no shampoo and no conditioner. Staff is clueless or at least pretend to be. Everything that is offered inside is at a steep level price...so make sandwich at home before you go. Never come back here!"

We stayed twice. First was two nights when the TV did not work but as maintenance staff do not work weekends, no one cared. Breakfest was cold/empty shelf. The room was like a cgeap camper with the toilet in the shower. No tossues.
Secont stay they kept us waiting from 0820 till 1455 to check in while other clients were checking on earlier."
"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Imperial - the staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in was a breeze and our room was spacious (which was NOT what we expected!) and very comfortable. The bed was comfortable and large. The hotel is perfectly located very close walking distance to Tivoli Gardens, Copenhagen Central Station train station, and the Rådhuspladsen Metro stop. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by, and there is an Italian restaurant inside the hotel. We were very pleased and would happily stay here again."
