"Super location, spacious room and cool design. Free of charge coffe and water is a nice compliment. The staff is very kind, welcoming and helpful. My only suggestion would be more sliced fresh fruit at breakfast what could be also added as topping to the yogurt and muesli. But I recommend the hotel, a very good value for the money and great if you stay due to an event in the Royal Arena as it is a walkable distance. "

"The overall experience was wonderful. The reservation includes welcoming drinks at the downstairs bar and there's a photobooth in the lobby. The location is nice, near train station. Everyone at the front desk were helpful. The only thing we wished was more tableroom or some counters to put your stuff."

"If you want a robe, slippers and hygiene products remember to ask for them before going up to your room as they keep them in the reception. (I would prefer to have them in the room). Breakfast buffet is the absolute best! Not to be missed. Staff is lovely. Dusting and hovering the carpet in the room could be improved."

"I love this hotel. This was my 5th stay here. The location is perfect for both walking and Metro access. The rooms are clean, spacious and well appointed with very comfortable beds. However the real stars of the show are the staff. Always helpful and friendly. Especially John at the bar. Really great guy who gives exemplary service every day, including Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Can’t imagine staying anywhere else!! "

"We had a great stay at Coco Hotel. Hotel staff was warm, welcoming and always helpful. May it be setting up the changing station in toilets or setting up the ping pong table in the room, they were kind and prompt. Food was tasty as well. Courtyard is aesthetic."
