Room and bathroom were spotless. Easy check in and out and staff very friendly. Requested additional tea, coffee and milk and this was no problem. Great choice for breakfast. Especially liked the location. 10 minutes walk from the Metro and Metro from the airport was easy to navigate.

There was an unknown issue with our room on arrival so the staff upgraded us to a suite. Which was awesome with extra room as our base in Copenhagen. The Copenhagen Strand is in a perfect location. Quiet and right on the canal but a very short walk to all of the amenities of Copenhagen. We had a terrific time in Copenhagen and at this hotel.

I could not ask for nicer or more helpful staff at the hotel reception- they go out of their way to make your stay as wonderful as possible and make you feel like a welcome and valued guest. The location of the hotel is fabulous, walking distance to all the sites you want to see but not on a noisy or crowded street. I had a basic room and it was fine with the caveat is that I do like my boutique hotels but this one is a good alternative to more expensive options. I recommend this hotel to book when in Copenhagen!

Overall this was a great pick-- there was construction going on in the hallway outside my room which did create a bit of a damper, but the great breakfast and location did win me over in the end.
