Very liveable room with a great use of space, the bed was the comfiest I’ve slept on in a hotel in a long time, and the novelty of having to pull out the stairs to get to bed never got old. The sofa was comfy too, and the bathroom and shower were delightful. Very helpful staff, felt at home as soon as we arrived. Having the metro so close was really helpful too, as was having two supermarkets essentially next door.

Stayed here during fashion week. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The kitchen has everything you need. I also used the laundry room. The food was good for dinner at the restaurant. I did want more options for lunch so I didn’t eat then. There’s a grocery store just downstairs from the hotel. It has everything you could need. I did have to Uber to the places I needed to go which was around $25 one-way for 3 miles but they do have bikes you can rent. I’ll be back!

The front door to the hotel was locked when we arrived. Rang the buzzer no answer. Luckily a guest shoed up and let us in. Check in is on 5th floor where we found a staff member. Excellent service from then on. Good Grocery store right beside the hotel. Less than 5 minute walk to the metro which is easy to use. Not much around the hotel so Took metro into town each day.
