The carpet had an unpleasant odor, and there was a broken iron and ironing board stored in the wardrobe. Additionally, the water pressure was very low, which made showering time-consuming. This is a large hotel with a large car park. The main car park is often full but there is an overflow carpark a little bit further round the hotel. You must register your number plate with the hotel immediately as the private parking company that looks after the car park patrol frequently. The rooms are clean and tidy (a bit like a Travelodge) with a kettle and some tea /instant coffee. Nice clean bathroom and we had a superior double room which had a view out over the harbour rather than towards the city. It is well.located.for public transport and we chose to walk for 10 minutes to get the waterbus in to Copenhagen each day. We did get the Metro home a couple of times and this was easy and quite close to the hotel. The breakfast was amazing. You do have to book a time and it finishes at about 9.30am but there is a plentiful supply and it flows well even at busy times.

Clean, breakfast was good- lots of variety. We booked a family room which didn’t have enough room to swing a cat. It was hotter than the sun in the room which made sleeping incredibly difficult. There was no air con just a desk fan to circulate the hot air. It wasn’t even hot outside. There were no coffee and tea making facilities in the room which was very disappointing. We booked the hotel because it had a hot tub however there was no mention of having to pay extra for this. We had a very excited 9 year old who wanted to go in it but refused to pay even more money. We were really looking forward to our stay but left very disappointed which is a shame because it is in a good location. The information given at booking totally misrepresents what is included.
