The hotel was absolutely outrageously overpriced for its worth. We asked for a room on a high floor and a king sized bed and got a room on the first floor, no new, with two separate beds. The reply was “we are fully booked”. But we booked two months ahead, so? The room is kept once a day, no evenings service. The hotel is very clean and the location is perfect.

The hotel wasn’t bad. We had a large room overlooking canal which was nice. There was hair and food crumbs under furniture that had not been vacuumed properly since prior guest but I did like that the floors were not carpeted. The breakfast buffet was good. It gets quite crowded and sometimes I find it to be undesirable when children are handling everything without parental supervision or people coughing over food. But there was variety. Location was decent to certain attractions. About a 20 minute walk to center of town. Check out was easy. Overall, it was a good stay. I can’t give it 4 stars because for what we paid, I would have expected a bit better overall.

Location was brilliant, easy to use the train straight from the airport, then walk, 250m to the hotel. But a 2-4 day pass that included the airport, can be used on all public transport, very easy and cheaper than Uber or taxi. Walkable to most of the major sites but also so close to use the metro if you don’t feel like walking and a water bus right outside the hotel as well. Hotel is amazing, great staff, services , highly recommend.

Great view of the city from the seventh floor in a superior room. Bathroom and shower were large and easy to use with lots of counter space. Good selection in the breakfast restaurant.
