It really should not be a 4-star hotel. It doesn’t deserve more than 2–2.5 stars. The bathroom felt very old. There was no air conditioning, so the room was very hot during the summer. There was no phone in the room, and when we called the reception from our mobile phone for over 30 minutes, no one answered. We also had to wait a long time at the reception before someone came to check us in. The only good things were the location and the nice-looking entrance of the building. There was also no daily housekeeping. If you wanted your room cleaned, you had to request it at the reception which was difficult because it was often hard to find any staff there.

Das Hotel war insgesamt sehr gut. Etwas störend fanden wir, dass die Duschen keine Duschvorhänge hatten, wodurch man leicht das Bad unter Wasser setzen konnte. Außerdem war es schade, dass die Parkplätze auch für Hotelgäste kostenpflichtig waren. Overall, the hotel was very good. One downside was that the showers had no shower curtains, which made it easy to flood the bathroom. It was also a bit disappointing that parking was chargeable even for hotel guests.
