Pics don’t do justice to how cute and boutique feeling this hotel is! Very welcoming staff and a great location

We went to Whistler for family ski vacation. Our stay at the Pan Pacific was excellent. Their ski valet and ski locker mountain side was a valuable service. Staff was excellent: helpful, cheerful, invaluable. Would absolutely stay there again.

Quietest room I’ve ever stayed in-no fans going off and on all night- couldn’t hear room next door or traffic-

Location, cleanliness, room layout and staff all outstanding. Staff so kind and really appreciated their care. A few awkward items- coffee machine didn’t work, temp controlled by the property, very difficult to contact front desk via telephone. Message on machine a bit creepy.

Great stay. Pam is very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed the breakfast. I was skeptical at first when I saw the room, but I was extremely satisfied with the taste and the ease of getting food. Space in the room is exceptional. Felt like home. Ample space for storage which would be hand if families visit. Great stay

Amazing as you walk in! The two ladies at front desk working the evening on May 25th were the sweetest kindest and helpful women ever!!!! The place was very clean and the location is near downtown!!

I appreciate the a.m. complemently coffee in the lobby. However starting the service at 7 is way too late for travelers.

Nicely finished hotel with a heated outdoor pool and Jacuzzi. We had parked in the Village for $10/day and left our car there rather than park at the hotel for $19/day. It was a short walk and although we had small children, we did not have much luggage so it was manageable and enjoyable walking in the snow. Check-in and check-out was a breeze and the room was comfortable and clean. There was a convenient secured ski storage beside the front desk for guests - although we left our equipment in...

The staff was helpful and offering guests the discount coupons for the in-house restaurant was a real save. The all-day restaurant had a wide variety of menu and buffet options depending on the time of day. The rooms were clean and a room key was required to use the elevator and enter the floors which provide an extra measure of safety and security. We would stay in this property again,

Other than being a bit tough to find your way around the place, this hotel is really good. Just wish I had more time to appreciate all of waht it has to offer.

We didn't get in until around 9 pm, went to sleep soon after and took off for our 750 mile car trip around 6 am. The beds were comfortable as was the shower.

It was a great stay very pretty hotel and very clean!

Great property, loved the 3 bed loft room and the location. The pool didn't look inviting. I didn't know there was a $35 daily charge for parking, so that was an unfortunate surprise.
