Not sure if we got an upgrade without knowing it, but our room was HUGE with dual-aspect windows, giving us a fantastic insight into the city! Really convenient location on a key road through the city, and the ability to get a taxi etc at the rear door (so off-street) felt much safer. Lots within easy walking distance. Had dinner in the restaurant - good service, great pizza, and fair price for a hotel restaurant. Overall, would happily stay again!

Great Location very accessible work wise or from a tourism perspective. Whether it's the front desk Staff, domestic staff or even the customer service manager they're all incredibly good, any query or concern is attended to with utmost sincerity with the intent to resolve it ASAP. 2nd stay at this hotel. Another fantastic experience. The location is darn near perfect. Easy access to the metro and about a 15 minute walk to Old Montreal. Even when the pool was closed for maintenance, the management staff allowed us to use the pool at the hotel next door.
