Overall, it was a pleasure to stay here. The staff was very polite and helpful. The hotel room was very clean and up to date. Pretty much everyone in Quebec City speaks English, which made things very easy for us. …… The only drawback is having to take your luggage from the parking garage to the hotel. Once you get familiar with the area, you can drop things off a little bit closer.
