"We really appreciated that our request to change from a king room to a two-queen room was granted. The room was spacious and comfortable, and having a microwave and coffee maker was a nice bonus! The washroom was clean and well-stocked with complete amenities. The only downside was the air conditioning, which was blowing warm air during our stay. Other than that, we had a pleasant experience and appreciated the accommodating service."

"Breakfast buffet that's included is nice to have. The use of laundry on site is handy. It's a family friendly hotel, though, no kid floats or slide in the pool. Getting there the staff checking us in was great - fast and efficient. Staff who set up for the morning breakfast are very polite and fast as well. Some listening and attention to detail could be worked on by front staff we asked if they had scent free detergent (we were with a baby) she simply said - you have to buy it from store and pointed us to the small for purchase area where there was no scent free, just regular detergent. On another occasion coffee was split and the front desk attendant looked up and did not attend or acknowledge to it when the lobby was empty. The property is for the most part clean aside from some coffee rings on the tables in the lobby. House cleaning stuff very polite."

"We arrived a bit after noon and were just looking to store our bags until check in, the front desk kindly said we could go ahead and check in if a room was available. It was and it was very nice to be able to just go to our room and get settled so early in our stay. The rest of the staff was as equally helpful and the room and resort were both clean and comfortable. A very nice stay."

"Staff were great. Beds were comfy. Rooms seemed like they had started a renovation at some point, but then decided to pull the plug. Bathrooms were brand new (new marble tile, new shower), but the rooms themselves were pretty run down. Still, friendly staff and comfortable place for a night or two"

"Great rooms - enjoy having a balcony. Housekeeping was excellent- fresh towels, ect - nothing was missed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Having the CHOP steak house and bar was convenient. Easy to get to downtown via the free shuttle (runs every 30 minutes) to the airport and then just hoping onto the train."
