Richmond City Centre offers a slice of Asia right in Canada with shopping centers packed with unique finds and authentic eats. Wander between Aberdeen Centre's colorful shops, catch the sizzle and spice at the Richmond Night Market in summer, or browse luxury brands at Richmond Centre. The neighborhood hums with Cantonese conversations while dim sum aromas fill the air. Getting around is a breeze with three SkyTrain stations connecting you directly to Vancouver and the airport. Modern hotels cater to every traveler, while the nearby Fraser River provides a peaceful escape from shopping adventures. The vibrant Asian community creates an authentic cultural experience that feels worlds away.
Golden Village
Golden Village buzzes with energy as North America's largest Asian cultural hub. Aberdeen Centre and Parker Place shopping plazas dazzle with modern glass facades adorned with traditional Chinese elements. The Richmond Night Market transforms summer evenings into a feast for the senses with sizzling street food stalls and unique crafts from May to October. Getting around is a breeze with Aberdeen and Capstan SkyTrain stations connecting you to downtown Vancouver in just 25 minutes. Over 400 authentic Asian restaurants serve everything from dim sum to bubble tea, with many spots open until 2am for night owls craving a late-night food adventure.

Steveston
Steveston's historic fishing village charm comes alive along its picturesque harbor where weathered boats deliver the day's catch. You can explore maritime heritage at the Gulf of Georgia Cannery or stroll boardwalks along the Fraser River. The village core buzzes with artisanal shops and a famous public fish market where fishermen sell fresh seafood straight from their boats. Dining options range from casual fish-and-chips stands to upscale waterfront restaurants serving just-caught salmon. Accommodations are mainly cozy bed-and-breakfasts in heritage homes with nautical themes. The compact village is easily walkable, with free parking and scenic dyke trails perfect for cycling adventures.

Beneath the shadow of Vancouver International Airport, this Asian-influenced city serves up a cultural feast that rivals its seafood. At Steveston Fisherman's Wharf, buy salmon directly from boats that caught it hours earlier. The Richmond Night Market transforms evenings into a sensory explosion of street food and trinkets that feels transported from Hong Kong. History buffs can explore the preserved cannery at Gulf of Georgia National Historic Site. The Richmond Olympic Oval, once home to speed skating glory, now welcomes everyday athletes. Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront
"A nice two night stay. Very convenient location to the harborside and Stanley Park."
Executive Hotel Vancouver Airport
"This is one of those underrated properties where people will think twice before booking their room especially when big other big players are right next to it. But let me tell something to those people, this property is at par with any premium hotels right next to it with a much cheaper price tag. One thing that stood out for me was the service. The staffs were super friendly and the property was very secure and I felt safe. Definitely recommend it 10/10"
Radisson Hotel Vancouver Airport

Versante Hotel
"Friendly and helpful staff. We were able to check in early and drop off our bags. Booked a shuttle to the airport and they ended up paying for a taxi for us to the airport. Overall positive experience."
Accent Inns Vancouver Airport
"Everything was so clean. The staff was polite and very helpful, which is a welcome relief from some of the places we've stayed in our own country."
Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Riverport Richmond by IHG
"This was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our trip! The rooms were very clean, and the complimentary breakfast was great. The workout room was also clean. It was a little small, but still had enough room for about five or six people to exercise comfortably. The pool and hot tub were both working, clean, and well maintained. The location was excellent and very close to the highway, making it easy to get around. There were amazing restaurants nearby and plenty of entertainment for the kids, including an IMAX theater and a cute sunflower farm with food and animals. Our only complaint was the parking. We have a GMC Yukon, and many of the spaces seemed better suited for smaller vehicles, so parking could be difficult. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially to families!"
