The staff were very helpful and kind, and the lobby was amazing. The bed was comfortable, and the view and balcony were definitely a plus. The hotel is also within walking distance of great restaurants (about 5–10 minutes) and public transit (approximately 3 minutes to the bus and 15 minutes to the SkyTrain). However, the room we stayed in could definitely use more thorough cleaning, particularly the floors, dining chairs, and couch. Other than that, we would definitely stay here again and possibly try the cafe downstairs.
