Santa Fe is an amazing city with a special downtown historical district that pre-dates the Mayflower. We attended the internationally recognized opera festival. These were top flight productions with amazing singing in an unforgettable theater.

I was born and raised in Santa Fe. Have a burger at Shake and some enchiladas at Atriscos. Do some shopping at Double Take BEFORE you spend big money at the Plaza. Enjoy the mild weather. Visit Our Lady of Guadalupe statue on Guadalupe street.

We had never been to Santa Fe before and loved it. The artwork, architecture, buildings, and gift shops in downtown were great. The state capitol was worth a visit too. There was live music in the square in the evening.

Always loved the atmospere in SF. Very walkable, everything within 15mins. Selection of shops good, amazing book stores, great food from Sushi to fine dining, burgers to Tex-Mex
"This is an attractive property surrounded by gorgeous landscape 360 degrees. There is some remarkable bronze statues and display cases full of incredible Native American pottery. Large comfortable lobby for socializing.
Signage outside the facility and inside is ‘discreet’ (hard to see) so that could be improved.
The desk clerk on our arrival was downcast close to the point of rudeness. The housekeeper on our floor smiled and said hello; she seemed glad to see us and happy in her work.
It was a Monday and the restaurant and bar closed before we got back from an event and that was disappointing but perhaps understandable.

"The property is located on the hill just outside -10 min drive, of the downtown and the Plaza. So it’s quieter, with the mountain view. Has a large pool and a pool bar.
The lobby area was under renovation when we arrived, but they fixed it right up.
Overall, friendly, helpful staff, clean room. We enjoyed our stay in Santa Fe and the Lodge."
