Beautiful art deco hotel and property in the heart of the action. The lobby area had cozy seating along with the open air restaurant seating next to the charming pool area. Staff were very attentive and fun. Highly recommend this property.
Great hotel, clean cool rooms. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet but be careful not to add it on the room IPAD or it will add it for your entire stay. Front desk was quick to help fix it. Wish they would allow dogs under 25lbs. Will he back regardless. Close to so much dining, shopping, etc
Aesthetically appealing! Very pretty bar area and breakfast was very nice! Deluxe suite was very roomy and accommodating. King bed was so comfortable as well. The windows were very nice but our view was of the alley. Very nice stay though, we'd book again!
In general this is a fantastic hotel. The staff is top notch. I was very impressed with the service that was provided, along with how friendly and polite the staff is.
The room is very clean, and they offer some amazing body wash and hand soap. The linens are high quality and in great shape. The rooms do have a unique and interesting decor, and I certainly appreciated the non cookie cutter approach to the style. It was interesting, but not over the top.
The showers are nice and...
My husband and my flight arrived on a Weds ~9am. We headed to the hotel, & they held our luggage for us so we could go shopping. They also offered access to the pool while we waited. They have a restroom with showers & changing rooms. Even though check in wasn't until 4pm, they sent a text our room was ready at 130pm. We stayed in a poolside cabana room & were on the 3/4th floors. We were next to the elevator, & didn't hear it or any foot traffic. Housekeepers meticulously maintained our rooms...
I have no complaints about this hotel for the duration of my stay. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating and you needed a key to access the elevator for added security. They had a Wine Hour where they served you a complimentary wine with cheese, crackers and grapes.
They honored my VIP status with Expedia and allowed me to check-in early as well as my complimentary bottle of wine.
Would definitely stay here again.
This gotel is gorgeous, classy and in a well appointed area for walking, restaurants, shops and transportation pickups were a. Reeze. The rooftop pool and bar werent crowded and was in immaculate condition. The staff was very helpful, professional and always made us feel very welcome. We loved our stay here and will definitely book again to enjoy their Michelin star restaurant next time.
