"the car transportation was a big help. awesome customer services from the entire staff."
Hotel Angeleno
"This is an independent hotel that we stayed at for 2 nights. It is very clean and the rooms are well appointed. The beds were very comfortable. The first room had an air conditioner that would not go below 77 degrees. They did gladly move us. The pool area is nice. The major disappointment was the free complementary breakfast. It is completely not us to industry standards and is really a “hook” to get you to order off the menu for extra money. The breakfast included juice , coffee/tea, pastry and breads and dry cereal. You get more at a motel 6 for a fraction of the cost. Then, the server comes over and asks you if you want to order off the menu. There is NO service. But you can rest assured the server will give you a zero $ bill for you to leave gratuity….for what…there is no service. This was a MAJOR disappointment from the hotel and no that would happen at a leading chain hotel. Hotel Angeleno fix this issue!"
