"We stayed for 5 nights and wished we had stayed 5 more! The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained, our room was perfect and the staff was amazing. I have stayed at 2 other all inclusives in Cancun and the food was just average, the food here was consistent and amazing, even the buffet! The pool bars were always lively but you never had to wait too long for a drink, Mike at the main pool was amazing and always had a smile on his face even when dealing with a few drunk rude people. I would absolutely stay here again!"

"Ava was amazing !! Every single employee goes out of their way to make your stay amazing! From the front desk, concierge, servers, cleaners, bar tenders. Even the people that clean the pool. Amazing! The food was great Poolside tacos and room service breakfast was amazing!! The beach is awful and the smell of the beach sometimes is pretty gross (out of control for the hotel) but the lagoon and pools more than compensates"

"Resort Review — 4 Days / 3 Nights This was my first time at the resort, and overall it was a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, and the staff truly stood out with their exceptional service. A special shout‑out to Cesar, the chief cook at MB Restaurant — he and his crew were fantastic and made every meal memorable. The team at the Spa was also excellent, providing great service throughout my stay. The food at all the restaurants was consistently great, and my room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The beach is beautiful, though it happened to be seaweed season during my visit — nothing the resort can control, of course. If I had one wish, it would be for a few more activities to choose from. Other than that, everything was smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this resort and would happily return."
