Second time staying here. Is great location you get ok breakfast at sister property casa del jaguar which is right on beach. Beach club cool great shrimp tocos and guacamole. I just don't like the stone walkway of the property bumpy and if u fall it will be painful uneven have to watch ur every step. Rooms are nice simple beds are alittle lumpy uneaten but had a good sleep every night. Overall had a nice stay would go again.

The quietest, most beautiful hotel. It is basic amenities and no restaurant (you go to the Jaguar for the free breakfast) and they are very protective of the towels but the pool area is breathtaking and the included beach club beds are just what you need.

We recently stayed at Nabalam Suite Room Pros: Clean room housekeeping came everyday to clean our room steps to the beach Free basic breakfast Cold ac Clean towels everyday Walking distance to many restaurants Walking distance to Hidalgo Street Felt safe Cons: Old old outdated room was not happy Loud music into the night Weak shower Room smelled very old and stale my nose would get stuffed every night. Drawers provided for clothes smelled horrible and old. Beds are horrible. One of the bed mattresses has coil springs coming out! Dips into the middle. All three bed mattresses need replacing. They are hard!!!! Felt like the flinstones bed rock. Our bodies were sore everyday from the mattresses. Our friends stayed at the master suite (rooms 9 & 11). This is where we will be staying for the future. That room is very well updated with modern furniture. The bed is hard though. I don’t know what it is out in Isla but every Airbnb and Hotel have horrible mattresses All in all I would go again for the convenience of steps to the beach and walking distance to places.

Great little hotel, beach bed access is understated on here. Staff was all incredibly kind, went above and beyond. Noise, like others said, is really the only issue I can think of, however it is thatched roofs, so it is to be expected. Would definitely stay again!
