We were impressed with how clean the property was. Rooms, bathrooms, the beach, everything. Staff were friendly and helpful. We found each staff member had their own way of providing excellent service. We liked that the property had parties and entertainment available but equally had quiet and designated relaxation places so you could decide what you wanted from your stay.

Staff was friendly. and helpful. Bed and pillows very hard and not comfortable to sleep. The pools were loud and the clientele was rude. Food was not good, tasted like everything was low quality and leftovers from previous night's restaurants. I even told the restaurants daily that I'm allergic to shellfish and the last night I got chicken pasta at Milan and was violently sick all night long!! Husband and I will never return and rather pay double the price for better quality food and atmosphere.

The staff was amazing and so kind. The food was incredible for an all inclusive and there were so many fun activities. We really enjoyed the Riu Party; which they do a great job promoting and it was honestly so much fun. The price was superb, especially compared to other more expensive all-inclusives in the area.
