Clean friendly staff amazing atmosphere the staff were exceptional very friendly. The rooms were always clean. The place is amazing, the old town is one of spain's marbles and the port is just a 10 min walk close to the hotel are exceptional restaurants, the beach is very close as well. It's just a 10 euros taxi to puerto banos or to funky Buddha. Certainly going there again and again and again. Thank you la villa marbella team.

We had a very nice experience at this apartment/hotel. Check in was easy and everyone we encountered was very friendly or helpful if we needed anything. We chose this hotel because of the location. It is right on the beach. It's a short drive to Gibraltar and Malaga. We took a two hour trip to Granada and we also booked an excursion to Tangier, Morocco. Hotel was elegant with extremely attentive, friendly, helpful staff. We felt very welcome. Room was spectacular with ocean view and balcony. Hotel La Cala Golf is a great hotel with great staff, great rooms, golf courses and facilities. The only negative point is the quality of the food and the pricing of food and beverages in the resort. Everything else is just Great

Spent two nights here in late June 2024 in and ocean front room. Hotel was recently opened and in great condition; sleek rooms with simple, yet classy aesthetic. The breakfast is top notch; the pool is lovely coupled with great beach access. This is one if the best hotels I've visited during many years of travel throughout Europe. The property is beautiful and the location is great. Words can not describe the village the hotel is located and the location overlook the med. sea. Unfortunately I'm in a wheelchair and the hotel tried very hard to accommodate the handicapped, but it was still very difficult (but if you're able, it's well worth the effort) if you are traveling with someone special to you, this is the perfect place. We liked the polite multilingual staff, nightly entertainment, reasonably priced daily specials, great location, beautiful premises right on the boardwalk, free airport transfers, spacious rooms, bathrooms & balconies. Just wished that the kitchenette had a microwave & some more counter space. Will definitely stay there again.
