The hotel itself was good. The outdoor pool is very small and in a shaded area. The spa facilities are ok. We used the hydrotherapy spa (paid for) and the steam room was out of order however the jacuzzi was spot on. The bedroom, We were really disappointed that it was 2 beds pushed together. Having a disability, i was unable to move around in the bed without dropping into the gap between 2 beds. It should be as advised in the booking info the beds are pushed together to make a double. Breakfast, the staff are not helpful one bit. I asked 3 staff for a cup of boiling water and all told me to use the coffee machine when I told them the coffee machine was only giving lukewarm water. How difficult is it to go into a kitchen and get a cup of boiling water. All I wanted was a cup of tea.

This was fantastic hotel booked a room with queen an 2 single beds as that’s what it was advertised on this site. But I got a double with a small single a the staff pointed out that Expedia has the wrong photos up this isn’t the 2st time Expedia have falsely advertised rooms to sell them. But Besides that it’s fantastic hotel and area the staff are so lovely highly recommended

Excellent stay for our whole family We stayed here for seven nights, from October 3rd to October 10th, as a large family of eight spread across three rooms. All of the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and airy, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax. We were located on the 3rd, 7th, and 9th floors, which was actually by choice. Some of us wanted to stay as high up as possible, while others preferred a lower floor. The hotel accommodated all of our requests perfectly, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was included with our stay, and the buffet offered everything we could have asked for. There was a great selection of food, and the quality was consistently good throughout our stay. A particular highlight was the chocolate fountain, which was a huge hit with our 7-year-old and seemed equally popular with many of the other children staying at the hotel. Unfortunately, we didn't get the chance to try the dinner service, as we spent most of our days exploring the area and usually ate out. That just gives us another reason to come back and try it on a future visit. The hotel's lobby and reception area are beautiful and create an excellent first impression upon arrival. The location is another major strength. It's within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants, Bioparc, the train station, Sould Park, and most of the area's main attractions. For an active family that likes to explore, it was the perfect base. Overall, we had a very successful and enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and highly recommend it. We booked two sea-view rooms with balconies and the views made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were så clean and fresh smelled, beautifully decorated, and equipped with excellent air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and almost everything you might need. Daily housekeeping was excellent. The only items not provided were toothbrushes, toothpaste, and slippers. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit everyone. The swimming pool was lovely, and the pool bar created a great atmosphere for relaxing. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The hotel's location is perfect. It is right on the lively seafront, with the beach just across the road. Both the main bus station and the train station are within walking distance, making it easy to visit many nearby cities. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would definitely stay here again.
