Overall, our experience at the sunset beach club was wonderful. They accommodated us when asking to switch to a seaside view, provided us with complimentary champagne to celebrate our honeymoon. Cleaning staff were wonderful in providing towels at request, plus extra amenities. The rooms were clean, spacious with great views. The front desk staff were very helpful with information on bus systems for excursions and exploring areas. The pool area was clean and large. Food was great at the buffet! Gym facilities and supermarket all great and convenient! Only one remark-elevators took some time as it was busy but not a huge problem. We loved our stay and didn’t want to leave!

Great stay in the Sunset Beach!! Abit overwhelming when you get there because it is mental busy but it is all part of the experience. There is loads to do and we barely saw the kids. The room is tiny but you are never really there. The staff are all fantastic and made the trip

Overall we had a lovely stay here. I think that the dinner buffet experience and options could be improved upon but breakfast was nice. As a couple we felt that the hotel is definitely more of a family friendly environment but still enjoyed ourselves. Staff were all so nice and welcoming, and the amenities in the hotel are brilliant (supermarket is well stocked, lots of things going on, onsite salon/massages etc)

Had a junior suite with a sea view. Room was well equipped, nice little kitchen for making tea/coffee, making a bit of brunch. Supermarket downstairs, fresh bread and cakes, well stocked and reasonably priced. Bed was so comfortable and huge, highly recommend.

Booked studio apartment in advance half year ago. Got accommodated at 6floor only, as upper floors have been full. Only positive thing was view on side to the beach, town, mountains and sea, marina visible too. Entry to the rooms corridor through the bar, double doors after bar before the elevators to higher floors. Constant banging of the double doors. Whoever designed that part of building building deserves a "reward". Simply just put the double doors after elevators. Beds head facing to corridor, not like on other hotels you have a bathroom between corridor and bedroom. Ooh and absolutely NOT Soundproof, so all the noise also from delivery trucks beeping early morning. Staff partially OK, food OK, had a couple of lunches at restaurant, however on Sunday they have been super lazy. No offer for dessert, had to ask for bill couple of times, they just have been standing 5 of them and chatting, however previous days left reasonable tips every time. Sorry, but can't recommend it in the future and will not return.
