"Beautiful resort with great staff! From the first greeting to the final check out, every staff member we encountered was friendly and attentive. The quality of drinks & à la carte options definitively beat other resorts we have been to. Buffet food will always be a little eh - even if you are at a top quality resort. We definitely appreciated having made to order options available all day. Everything was very clean and updated. Room was beautiful, the app was awesome and keeps you informed where everything is happening. We came because of the pickleball courts, luckily we had friends that came so we could play doubles otherwise I would definitely not expect to find tons of pickleball people here. The glow in the dark pickleball night was fun. Angel was so much fun and entertaining when we seen him at the entertainment events. I do wish they had shows and more entertainment options but overall everything else from restaurants to the rooms and staff made up for it. Land shark is definitely the place for à la cart great food so you don’t even have to eat at the buffet. The jwb was delicious as well. Definitely take the time when you arrive to make reservations for the restaurants. We didn’t get reservations for our first two days here. We did 6 days 5 nights and it was perfect. The staff provided exceptional service, and the cuisine was delectable. However, it is worth noting that all restaurants close at 11:00 PM. "

"Overall, excellent stay. We upgraded to diamond club and it was worth every penny. Our primary butler, Nassar, was phenomenal. The food and drinks were so-so for the most part, but no major complaints. Indian restaurant, Taj, was so good. TVs didn’t have netflix option or ability to connect with devices and while we didn’t want to spend vac watching TV, we wanted to watch Stranger Things season finale. Wifi pretty good, AC great. Beautiful ocean views, enjoyed swim out but very cold water in all pools. Resort very fast to respond to needs while on site. Only 1 hot tub was warm on property and filled with kids, so unable to enjoy. Decent beach and pools, many bars. Enjoyed room service and mini bar. Tip the staff, be flexible and kind and it returns to you."
