Hotels in Old Town Lucerne

Beautiful property. Wonderful service and food.

Excellent overall stay. Very relaxing environment

Great stay at Hotel des Balances. Had a lovely balcony room facing the water. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Located in the middle of everything. Highly recommend, pic on the hotel’s balcony.

Super location and great hotel. Very nice rooms spacious and comfortable. Walking distance to everything. Staff was helpful in recommending things to do and where to go.

A must if you are visiting Switzerland, the Staff was incredible and the 4 course meal was out of this world and not to mention the beautiful Sunset & Sunrise views.

!

Amazing

The staff at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast are very friendly and provided an excellent service. Room was clean and the view is amazing.

Had a nice stay, great location and the staff was very nice and accommodating! Will come back next time for ski season!

We were an extended family of 7 and loved our stay here! What a beautiful location and the travel pass during our stay made for one of our favorite days during our vacation. Depending on which way you get there, the drive from Brienz is not for the faint hearted. That said, the scenery was amazing. Checking in and relaxing with a very nice dinner at the hotel made for a relaxing evening. The hotel was clean, comfortable and welcoming. The staff was attentive and breakfast was good. Would...

Amazing hotel and Amazing staff. Highly recommended. Friendly people.

The room was really spacious and had an awesome lake view. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They give you a free bus pass to use during your stay. You get on right out front and it takes you to the city center or train station in about 15 minutes. Very easy and convenient. After a day of sightseeing it was nice to come back to our room, make some hot tea, and slip into a cozy robe and slippers. I also thought the price of the room was very reasonable considering how expensive...

Every thing is good I recommend you to visit this place and take this hotel

Absolutely amazing stay. Didnt try out the spa but this was an amazing hotel. I believe it was a little slow so the staff upgraded me to a room that faced the lake. Breathtaking views. Anything in the mini fridge is free of charge and breakfast is included. All things that really matter when traveling in an expensive country. Would highly, highly recommend.

Lovely property in a quaint part of town. 2 blocks from the lake and an abundance of restaurants. Staff were the nicest most helpful I've ever encountered. Very large room and very comfortable. Highly recommend

Fabulous Hotel and great service! Would definitely recommend!

We loved this unique boutique hotel! Comfortable, clean, nice people, good convenient area, easily walkable from the train station. Very delicious treat left on our bed upon arrival. I judge a hotel by the shower…is the water very hot, does it trickle or stream, things like that. This hotel had a great shower! There was no air conditioner, but we were fine in early June. Very good breakfast as well.

Have stayed in many hotels in Luzern over the years but I now try to go back to the Wildenmann when I have the chance to visit Switzerland. It is consistently at the high standard that you would expect in Switzerland.
