"A nice stay. Didn’t receive check in details in email, however lady on the phone was very helpful and prompt to respond. Great location. Room a bit small but there was 4 of us. 2 adults and 2 teenage kids with big bags. Layout of room was excellent. Good value."

"Staff were so friendly and helpful, it made our stay really wonderful. Nice, quiet hotel but still very close to railway station and centre of Lucerne. We got the train from Zurich airport and walked to the hotel in 5 minutes. Food in restaurant absolutely delicious!"
