"The breakfast was a great spread, and well-serviced too. There were multiple locations for breakfast, we tried two, both were nice. There was multiple large groups staying at the hotel at the same time, but the breakfast went smoothly. The only issue was waiting for the single lift to go up and down. The rooms were comfortable. They give a complimentary water bottle every day (if you havent used it up, they wont keep another one). The location was very convenient. The Italian restaurant in the hotel was very nice, we had a great meal there. We were a family of 6 (along with a toddler) and had requested for our 3 rooms to be near each other, which was accepted on the hotels.com messaging service. But we were given rooms on separate floors/ buildings. It wasn't a problem as such, but it would've been more convenient to not keep traveling between the buildings and floors. Alex, from the Front Desk team assured us that next time they will ensure that this won't happen. Alex was also very helpful in arranging for our luggage to be transported to another city via a taxi service."

"Hotel is older but in good clean condition. Good breakfast and staff are super helpful and friendly. My only complaint is no air conditioning, but who knew it would be 32 degrees celsius in Switzerland while we were visiting and our room was on the top floor. Great location, close enough to it all but just a bit enough distance from all the action for quiet and peace. I would stay here again, only if I came back and there was not a heat wave but I don’t think a/c is common here."

"This was the noisiest hotel we had for the 6 we had in Switzerland. Our room was on the back street which had dumpsters and trucks going thru early in the morning-I mean around 5 am. Staff was a little snippy, but answered questions."
