"The self-check experience was new for us, but we were not met with any issues. In fact, there is even an option if you lose your room key, which we were grateful for. The space had fans, and wonderful windows for fresh air. Bed was firm, and we appreciated having our own comforters. Location was great, about an 8 minute walk from the train station and even less time to shops and the waterfront. (Lots of cobblestone roads, so be prepared for that with your luggage.)"

"Loved the location, the staff, the room was clean but DANG no AC. We understand there are very little options when it comes to hotels in the area with AC. We should’ve done more research but if you want to be in a nice hotel in Lucerne then it’s priced well!"

"This is an amazing place, with perfect location to chapel bridge and 15 mins walk to Lion Monument. Air conditioning was working perfectly to beat the scorching heat and complementary ice creams ensured kids were staying cool. Amazing staff. Koina (may be butchering her name) was amazing server and Peter is a great bar tender. Also other staff, that I do not remember names are amazing. Hats off to the everyone working here and their friendliness to help us navigate the places around. Will stay here again when I visit."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — it’s just a short walk from Lucerne train station and very convenient for getting to the Old Town and exploring the city. The breakfast was also very good and exactly the kind of breakfast I enjoy. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall service was great. One thing to be aware of: one side of the hotel is directly next to the train tracks, so if you are sensitive to noise, I would recommend requesting a room on the other side of the hotel. Overall, a very convenient and pleasant stay, especially because of the great location and service."
