"Really nice boutique hotel in the heart of Old Luzern. Bed was very comfortable. Lots of twists and turns to get to our room. Elevator goes to 5th floor - we were on the 6th but it wasn't bad. Great central location."

"What an iconic place to stay. We loved every minute of it! The room was beautiful and the hotel bar was so lovely. The restaurant was the least awesome part…food was just slightly above average…it should get better to stay up to par with the restaurant of the property."
