"Well located and away from the busiest streets. The hotel is efficient but had everything I needed. I was particularly impressed by the helpfulness of the staff-I needed them to store my bags on both sides of my one-night stay and they were very helpful, even delivering my bags to my room when it was ready. I appreciated those little extra niceties very much."

"This was the noisiest hotel we had for the 6 we had in Switzerland. Our room was on the back street which had dumpsters and trucks going thru early in the morning-I mean around 5 am. Staff was a little snippy, but answered questions."

"Great location. Very friendly staff. The daily breakfast that is offered is quite good and certainly helps with the cost of any trip to Switzerland. This is a no frills hotel. The rooms are small, but adequate. No air conditioning -- though excellent fans are provided."
