This property was very clean and quiet, all the basics provided. The television in room five had a blue hue to it and I had trouble off and on with the internet, but that could have been my lack of expertise. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful, but only there for a couple of hours in the morning while I was staying. The location is good, central and very close to the arena, in case you are an opera fan. Just across the street there is a bar where you can get breakfast. I would stay again if I return to Verona.

When I booked, I had no idea I was renting a room in an apartment in a building! I would expect that from a service like AirBnB but not Expedia. At least this was my personal expectation. I was a bit surprised when I got a call from the property saying that we don’t have a reception and that is not a hotel. Sharing a bathroom was also not an option that I would go for, and that was the second surprise that we need to share the bathroom with other guests. Luckily, there was no one in the adjacent room.

It was a very basic room, not good value for the price, We had beds that looked like camp beds, squeaky and soft, the bathroom was poor as the shower was small and winder frame was all broken with paint off it, there was no change of towels in two days, no one there all day Sunday to get any, only plus side was the location

The room was in poor condition. The handle to the bathroom "door" (I use that loosely because it was an accordion door that didn't fully close) was broken and kept falling off. The wood floor was missing a tile or two, creating a very unpleasant hole to step on. They lied about "maid service available on request" because there was never anyone on staff to request it from...just an empty desk. They lied about checkin hours because again, there's no staff, so the email about staff being there until 5:00 p.m. was a lie as well. We had to call management to get toilet paper (took plenty of rolls because it was possible they would never return). Basically, no service, disrepair. The only plus was location, but one shouldn't come at the cost of everything else.

Per chi cerca un appoggio e vuole solo dormire è ideale. Check in e check out molto veloci. La temperatura della casa ideale, il condizionatore che c'è fuori dalla stanza 6 fa rumore e rovina un po la qualità del sonno ma se si spegne si risolve il problema. I bagni sono molto puliti, tuttavia avrei aprezzato la presenza del disinfettante, per chi ne avesse necessità consiglio di portarlo da casa. Io mi sono trovato molto bene, sicuramente ritornerei nella struttura in occasioni future.

A hospedagem está no Hotels.com mas NÃO é hotel. Trata-se de um apartamento no Centro de Verona, com 05 quartos, que são alugados aleatoriamente. Não existe recepção, não existe serviço nenhum. Acredito que existe um timer para desligar o ar-condicionado, porque durante a noite tivemos que religá-lo algumas vezes. O box com o uso, a água não escoa bem e fica empoçando durante o banho. Não existe penduradores de toalhas no banheiro. Nos sentimos muito inseguros. A internet não funciona bem. Recebemos uma senha para ter acesso ao prédio. O único ponto positivo é a localização.
