The property was converted from an old monastery. It has picturesque courtyards, free breakfast and a restaurant with indoor and outside seating. Hotel guests receive a 10% dining discount. You can reach the hotel from the Venice airport via water taxi. It docks at pier A a few steps away from the hotel. Very clean and very spacious, though no TV in the room.

Incredible hidden gem! It is a hostel that houses students throughout the year but has private apartments. Very secure and well maintained. Used to be a monastery and abandoned for many decades but completely renovated and hip. Has a bar and restaurant in the courtyard. Free breakfast was a major plus. Views to the canal and a 1 min walk to the water bus that takes you to the airport. Highly recommend!

An absolute delight to spend a few nights at this unique destination. Full of sunny table filled court yards, delicious food and drinks at the cafe/ restaurant, loved the location on the edge of the city, multinational guests including students, travelers and families. Breakfast is perfect! My room looked out over the canal and city. I WILL return!! Simple and attractive room, quiet nights, delightful staff.
