Pleasant hotel just 2 min. walking from the waterbus stop and in the city center. Very close to shops, supermarket, cafes and restaurants. The interiors are old, but the hotel is well kept and has its charm. The breakfast was simple but had plenty of options and good quality. I got a room at the second floor facing the cafe next to the hotel, and that was extremely loud until late. Keeping the window closed didn’t really help, had to use earplugs to sleep.

The hotel is clean and the house-keeping staff are very efficient. The air con is old but effective. Very comfortable bed. The decor could do with updating but the main thing for me is the cleanliness which was very good. There is outside noise at night from nearby bars but earplugs helped! Apart from the noise, the hotel has a great location across the road from vaporetto stops and plenty of cafes and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again.

Like everything in Venice, things haven't changed in decades, so don't be surprised if the room looks like your grandmas 1950's parlor. But having said that, the location right within sight of the public transit dock is incredibly convenient, and the breakfast buffet was amazing and I'd stay here again because of that alone. Eggs, sausage, bacon, coffee, and croissants so fresh they just came out of the oven some mornings. Easy walk to some great restaurants and the beach. Even the church bell nearby has charm. (Don't worry, it doesn't ring all night.)

We stayed for 2 nights and thought the location was perfect and super easy to get back and forth to Venice. Lido was a beautiful little island and felt there were was tons to explore. The staff was really helpful with helping us figure out the ferry back to the airport and had bag storage incase we wanted to go explore for the day.
