"Room was good, especially the fact it had working a/c and was spacious. Staff were friendly and clean water was available downstairs to fillup when required, with the restaurant, good location within walking distance to kandy city center, and being on the main road so you could hail tuk-tuks if needed, everything you needed was there. Would stay here again if in Kandy, does not have the Radisson level of opulence but for value for money this is the best place i have stayed at, for a Westerner here to experience culture as opposed to live it up this is perfect"

"Pathetic hotel . Absolutely nothing available what advertised . Too many bugs which they call it nature , smell in the room . I refused to stay , one thing positive they refund my money . "

"This is a very nice modern hotel. The rooms are very comfortable, the staff all excellent and breakfast was great too. Lovely infinity pool. The hotel is right at the top of a mountain so access is a bit tricky but the views are stunning. We were informed that the hotel didn’t have a liquor licence. However, they can actually sell wine and beer - it would have been helpful to know that. "

"I had a wonderful stay here. The location is excellent—just a short walk to Queen’s Hotel, Kandy Bake House, and the beautiful Kandy Lake. The room was spacious with an exceptionally large and comfortable bed and a lovely view. Most importantly, Dilrukshi was outstanding-kind, compassionate, and truly made my stay memorable. The staff were very helpful as well. Great value for the price. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others."
