"We loved our stay here. The staff were really friendly and everyone spoke English which was helpful for us with inadequate French. The lake was just stunning and we had a brilliant view from our room. There is a supermarket just up the road that we utilised and the food was great although menu was limited. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you want something different and appreciate the use of the lake equipment and beautiful scenery."

My family and I had a great time staying Entourage, the view was phenomenal from my Penthouse room. And the bar and restaurant downstairs offer great selection of beverages and foods. Staff were very friendly and attentive. We didn’t try the spa services at the resort but look forward to going back for another vacation.
Great hotel, beyond clean. Friendly staff and very spacious rooms. Breakfast was not the best, but manageable. Coffee and hot chocolate available 24 hours, electric vehicle available.
Very much enjoyed the hotel. It was central in old Quebec, the staff was very helpful. We had a room with a fireplace which added warmth and ambiance. The hotel also has a nice library room with a fire, games, expressi machine. A nice place to relax before heading out into the city. Restaurant in the hotel is good - farm to table. Overall very enjoyable and would stay again
Only negative was one afternoon we wanted to have a drink outside but they had to get permission from waiter since we were not ready to have dinner yet. He agreed and was nice but it was a bit awkward
The room was extremely comfortable and was large. The staff at the front desk was very helpful with what to do in Quebec and when would be the best times to those things. Very personable and polite.
Fabulous location a block from the Chateau Frontenac facing the river and the boardwalk. The desk staff was wonderful with great suggestions. Room cleaning was lacking. We had 4 rooms and 2 of them never had maid service. My sister had to ask for fresh towrls at the desk.
I booked 4 rooms at this hotel for me and my friends. I chose it according to other reviews. It was actually better than expected and we are all more than happy with our rooms and overall stay. I can see the Hotel Frontenac from my window and most of us have a beautiful fireplace. This was a pleasant surprise!
Everything about this hotel is great, once you in there there's no need to venture outside, they have restaurants and bar, arcade, waterpark, shoppingand lots more fun activities, the rooms are very spacious. I just love it.
Excellent value and walkable to historic places. Easy parking at library. Room was very warm and thermostat was locked. Needed to have the front desk add a fan to the room. They were very nice. The gym had no air circulating and was stifling. Needs fans.
We arrived late but all was prepared for us ahead. The bed comfy and the room well appointed. Breakfast delicious. Jo, the owner, took great care of our group of eight. After three nights we were still congratulating ourselves for finding such a perfect spot in the old city.
I don't know prices in the area but it seemed like a very very good deal. Nice place, wonderfully located near very good restaurants, large parks, the riverfront, and a scenic 20 mimute walk to the old city. Lack of on-site staff was balanced by quick and helpful responses if you telephoned the remote concierge. Slightly dirty under the beds (not a big deal) but otherwise very clean and a nice vibe.
