We stayed in room 20 on the ground floor with access to the parking lot at the back. Room was comfortable and spacious and bed was great. Good location and walking distance to old Quebec. The check-in procedure is a pain but received help by phone.

We used the parking garage across the street because we thought it was more secure and it cost less. The room was clean on our arrival, and someone came to check shortly after our arrival.

Our stay was amazing! The digital check-in was easy and our room is gorgeous. Anytime I had to reach out, they responded promptly and were incredibly helpful. I cannot recommend this place enough.

We loved the location, right next to the Plains of Abraham and walking distance to the main attractions. It was clean and quiet

Good location..20 minute walk into town. Our room (23) on the ground floor..no real natural light but clean. Rest of the hotel bright and airy. Parking at the rear is tight but we had a small car..adequate if 1 room 1 vehicle adhered to.

Our room was very comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. It’s an older building, well maintained.

Room was clean and so was the hotel. Nice walk to old city, close to shops and restaurants 1 block down. We had a great trip.

6/10 Good

It's an efficient place to stay if you're leaving for the airport in the morning, but there are no staff anywhere remotely close to the site, so if you need anything you're out of luck. Also, there is no place to store your luggage so if you plan on sightseeing and leaving the property later, the instructions are to just leave your bags in the open reception area where no staff ever are and hope that all the other guests are honorable.

Second time in the last six months. Loved the location! Super clean!

6/10 Good

Great location and gorgeous building with lovely rooms. However, for such an elegant property, having no concierge felt unprofessional and frustrating. The parking was an issue, and speaking to someone on the phone is not the same as speaking to them in person. Also, the lobby is cozy and inviting, so it should be used for breakfast, with a concierge to help guests navigate the wonderful city.

Great location. Very boutique feeling. There is no front desk staff on site, everything is virtual. No big deal, but might not be your thing if you’re not comfortable with that.

Good location. Halles Cartier good for breakfast. Not enough teabags in room. 20min pleasant walk to old Québec. Hard to find room pin in all the messages.

Lovely quaint hotel. Excellent location. Window A/C was a bit noisy but we just shut it off once the room cooled down. We would recommend it.

6/10 Good

The bed was very comfortable however the shower tile was gross and needed regrouting badly. There was no continental breakfast although they had a well appointed breakfast room. The front desk was unattended but had a virtual assistant. This was unacceptable. Our experience was disappointing at best.

Amazing fancy hotel. Room was very clean and so pretty. Location is very convenient you can go to the old Quebec by walk about 30min. Very nice area (upper town) If you come by car they have a parking space (need $26+tax) I stayed only one night but I would like to stay more if I could … If I will back Quebec City, I definitely come back to this hotel! Check in is need some information from hotel you should check mail from the hotel!
