Super comfy beds and pillows, water pressure is great. The only bad thing we experienced was constant noise in the hallway, doors banging and people running. So not a hotel issue, just an annoying guest issue.

I very much enjoyed staying here, I was nervous with the price being very reasonable (low) however, everything was great - the staff, the room (with mini-fridge), amenities, the neighborhood and getting to Québec City was quick and easy. when booking it says there was a beackfast which was never provided, the coffe machine didn't work for my whole stay and when i mentionned it to the receptionist she said its not working . The room was clean but the bedsheet had blood on it so im guessing it was not changed , thank god i had 2 beds . the evening receptionist looked annoyed to every question , thats why i didn't call to let her know about the blood . i just slept on the other bed. the place was fairly clean outside and my room also .
