"Even before arrival the service was excellent (through emails). Staff were amazing from start to finish and the food/hotel were great. On available we met with Grace at reception who organised small refreshments after our travels. She advised the must sees while in Hanoi. The room was large and clean and the bed very comfortable. The shower was great, good power. Would definitely recommend this hotel based on the above. We loved it. Also had help from the in house travel agent Jenny with booking a cruise in ha long bay. She was great. It was our first time in Vietnam and within the short time of our arrival we already loved it and knew we’d be back. "

"This is a wonderful place to stay while in Hanoi. It’s located at the heart of the Old Quarter, with a rooftop bar overlooking the lake, and a jacuzzi. The best think about this place is their amazing service. Anna was so helpful to me suggesting cafes to visit and where to find the best Pho. All of the people who work at this hotel are so kind. This is a place I go back to over and over again!"
