"The public accommodation areas were tired but always clean. Housekeeping staff couldn't do enough to make my Stay enjoyable. "All the young male and female staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Grateful for the early checkin and late checkout. We didn’t ask for daily housekeeping but asked for toiletries etc to be replenished and change of towels. The standard room is really big. Has a window that faces inside the building. Air conditioner worked really well. So did the wifi. 2 bottles of water daily, shampoo, body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, hairdryer, kettle, fridge.

We originally stayed 2 nights but we liked it so much we booked another 3. We found the restaurant food was quite nice so we ate there very often. Staff were friendly and very helpful.
Not familiar with the brand Vias hotel prior to this visit, but WOW this hotel was an absolute pleasant surprise. Almost everything about it was PERFECT!!!
The staff was so friendly; the services were quick and efficient, the location is convenient and picturesque- great hotel and very affordable.

We had a lovely stay at the Melia. Clean room w a beautiful ocean view. Amazing breakfast buffet with something for everyone. Free bikes to roam about the beautiful property. Amazing pool. Clean beach. Great shuttle to the airport.
This resort was one of the overall nicest properties we’ve ever stayed. The grounds were clean and well cared for the staff was super friendly and inviting if you needed something, the beaches were amazing. I would highly recommend this property for anybody to stay. Make sure your driver will take you into town for groceries because when we were there, the restaurant had limited hours and was not open past 2 PM
The entire place was a top tier Resort. Everything was immaculate! Very good service and reasonably priced. For an all exclusive resort it’s worth every penny.
Good location, walking distance to many bars and restaurants. The VIP rooms are huge, while the other rooms are still quite spacious. The owner went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and enjoyed my stay in Vung Tau. As long as you're ok not being across from the beach, this is the best budget hotel in Vung Tau.
