"Our stay at Dusit was very relaxing after long days of travel and touring the city it was so lovely coming back to a refreshing clean room. The stay was so nice we went to HCM and Phu Quoc came back and wanted to stay here again. Hung Luu at check in was very respectful and helpful both times we stayed. As well as Tram Anh at breakfast was very pleasant and kind. I would give them 10/5 for hospitality and will always stay here if ever back in Hanoi "
"Very safe with guards at the entrance. Spacious rooms. Huge pool. Lots of amenities on site. Pickleball, badminton and squash courts. Golf driving range (into a net) and putting green. Great little store with everything you need. Restaurant was very good! I would definitely recommend this place."
"Stayed here 3 days 2 nights. Great experience. Hotel helped accommodate all our needs for tours and transportation to the must sees in Hanoi.
Would stay again!! "
"An absolutely amazing place to stay.
The staff were always friendly, courteous and smiling.
The rooms are very large and accommodating with everything you need for your day to day life i.e. washing machine dryer and bottled water.
It is located on the southern side of the lake which is beautiful to walk daily and meet the smiling locals or to stop for food and beers.
Will definitely stay there again when back in Hanoi in a few months time. 10/10 amazing "
"I loved my stay at the Sheraton Hanoi Hotel. I found it to be within a 30 minute walk of the major sites on West Lake near the parliament building. The side streets were also full of amazing food stalls, cool vintage stores and other shopping options which was great. The staff were all amazing and full of suggestions on things to do. And, the travel desk was amazing at setting up some day tours around the city and nearby, including private transportation, which made getting around easy. Would...
"This is a great choice if you need for the night a Hanoi apartment reasonable close to the airport. Since the path on WESTLAKE towards the Pagoda is a lovely relatively calm and scenic beloved running and biking destination staying in this Hotel will allow you to go for a lovely early mornings run or a romantic late night stroll. Recommend"
"The hotel is very well equipped, and very very clean. Breakfast was an amazing assortment of delicious choices all very fresh.
I would absolutely recommend this hotel and will stay again if I’m ever back in Hanoi"

Meritel Hanoi is a beautiful hotel, with top notch service. However, the air conditioning kept going out in our room though the staff was quick to get it up and running again every time it went out. We also experienced ants in our sink, but again the staff was very prompt in getting it fixed. The Meritel advertises that it has soundproofed rooms, but this is not the case. You will be able to hear the room next to you as well as the city outside (thought it is very quiet at night so as long as...
I just booked for 1 night. I checked in very late and left very early, but the man that was that night (25 August 2026) I think his name is Zhang (I was told by someone else his name so likely is misspelled, sorry) was so nice and accommodating. Since I had a tour booked very early in the morning he even prepared breakfast to go for me. When I came back Mia helped me to bring my multiple suitcases to the taxi. I am so happy with the staff at this place. Really nice people.
My daughter and I stayed here for a few days and loved it! The staff was so friendly and helpful. They got us appointments to get our eyelashes done and the place was amazing. They helped me call around looking for something at pharmacies and more. The rooms are fantastic with only an area rug under the beds so no icky carpet. When our flight was cancelled and we had to stay another night they were great at accomodating a nights stay and getting us into a room early and eazily. I would highly...
It was a quick stay. Checking in and out was a breeze. Room was clean and the breakfast was pretty good. No complaints.
The location was a bit off from many of the main attractions. Nice if you are looking for something more secluded.
I stayed at this hotel - apartment on the first night in Hanoi. I loved my time here. We shared so much fun and laugh because they helped me organise all the things, my tours for the anniversary. I highly recommend. Their service was far beyond my expectation
Very nice clean hotel. The new girl Ling at the front desk was so sweet. It’s a quirky hotel which you can tell was built to fit in the space with some odd rooms that aren’t functional but that doesn’t matter. It’s nicely decorated, freshly painted, and very comfy.
The property/room is huge as how it was described . They just need to provide kitchen hand towels , more bathroom towels paper towel would be great to have . Clean bedroom , air-conditioning is great . At least 6 people can fit in the property comfotably . I like the area . I highly recommend this property
