All of the staff from front desk to bellhop to spa to rooftop bartender were beyond friendly and helpful. The welcome drinks and snacks, plus complimentary upgrade to a room with a view were great surprises. The rooms are nice, nothing special but it does the trick. The spa and rooftop bar were really standouts and a great way to spend additional time in Hanoi.
