Excellent service and location for our first visit to Venice. Be warned if you accept the free taxi trip to Murano you will be swept off on arrival to a factory glass making tour and hard sell on buying something, pretty expensive items too!

Beautiful Venice vacation

The hotel is very conveniently located half way between the Ponte di Rialto and the Piazza San Marco. It takes about 5 minutes to reach either one. There are wonderful restaurants and shops in the immediate neighborhood. The hotel provided all amenities and great breakfast. We would return here anytime.

Magnificent Hotel

Other than the Mosquitos, the hotel recieves top marks. Room was clean, neat, shower was perfect, and hotel location is perfect because it is close to everything. Five min or less each direction you go. Towards St Marks Square 5 mins or less. Towards Rialto Bridge, less than 5 mins. And its close to the transportation network of Water buses.

This is a modern, efficient hotel in a very old city. If you like comfort, cleanliness, excellent service, and a very affordable and tasty breakfast, this is the place for you. However, there is no terrace at the Palace Bonvecchiati, as was advertised, and that was a little disappointing. But you couldn't ask for a more comfortable stay for 2-nights.
