"Tucked in at the east end of the promonade in Howth( pronounced Hoat), is a quaint little hotel with only 10 rooms and a fantastic seafood restaurant. Our rooms over looked the bay with the Eye of Ireland right in our view. The King Sitric Hotel is a great stay and our host Garrett was perfect. The hotel is named after a Viking King of Dublin in the 11th century. Howth was our last stay in a 3 week tour of Ireland. By far one of the best places we stayed."

"Very small and basic, but that was as advertised. Good location near transit. A/C was nice as it was hot for Ireland, although room temp inconsistent overnight. Being able to close windows on street side was nice. Bed firm but fine. The basics, very clean, at a good price."

"We enjoyed a lovely 4 night stay. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Service was excellent. We must single out the bellman Brian, who provided exceptional, helpful and friendly service. The location is quiet and close to the beach, Portmarnock and Malahide. Dublin is just an easy train ride away. Highly recommend a stay at this resort."

"The main highlight is that my five-year old left his favourite cuddly in the hotel room and the hotel shipped it back over to the UK without hesitation or friction. Thank you! Otherwise the hotel is very clean with good sized rooms and lovely showers. Plenty of plug sockets and charging points in the room. Located right next to the port with great access to car parking and electric car charging, if that's your thing. It's a 5-minute tram ride into the city centre with the end-of-the-line tram...
