"It's a unique experience to be in the middle of the jungle in an 18th century hacienda. It's a hotel to go and disconnect from the world and I think it is very good for adults, perhaps for families with children this is not the right hotel because it does not have amenities or areas for kids. The service was very good, the room was very clean and nice and the food in the restaurant was very good to me."

"The room was clean, the a/c worked well, more towels were supplied when asked, there was hot water and the place was very quiet. The staff was exceptionally friendly and, Jose, the owner/manager went out of his way to ensure I had a good experience staying at the hotel. The hotel is located in a safe area in downtown close to the plaza (Zocolo) and the Cathedral, which is beautiful. Overall, my experience was very pleasant."
