Great hotel, with amazing service and very good facilities but if you are looking for a nice beach this is not the place - the "swimmable" beach is very small and full of rocks. Food is good but too expensive.
Hidden gem! This place is so cozy and close to the square, market and the art show that the plaza has on Thursdays. Great staff that is so friendly and very helpful. 10 out of 10! I will be coming back in June with my kids.

Enjoyed this spot immensely, the apartment was spacious, A/C worked well, all amenities listed are there and in working order. The property is huge, pools are very nice & there were so few people around it kind of feels like you're alone. Great if that's your thing, maybe a little spooky if not? lol

The hotel was beautiful from the moment you walked in to the sleeping accommodations and the swimming pool resort area. The ocean views and private beach access was fantastic. One of the best customer service is experience we’ve had so far. Everyone was attentive and paid attention to detail.
We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was hospitable, attentive, and ensured we had a great time! The food was delicious- Vista Ballenas was the best, however, the dinner at Pergola was very good and the ambience was romantic. The oceanfront view was priceless! I would definitely recommend this resort for couples if you’re looking for a romantic getaway!

Our room was upgraded to a one bedroom villa and it was beautiful. It has two bathrooms and an ocean view. The staff was excellent. Special shout-out to Efrain and Alejandro in the front desk, Salvador in Bella California, Angelica in El Patron and the staff of Neptune. This place was an amazing little hidden gem near downtown. We were walking distance to downtown San Jose del Cabo. The place has all the essentials and bedding was very comfortable. Parking is right in front and the location is safe.
The property was beautiful! It just openned in early 2022! Food was very good - the all-inclusive was really amazing and can be purchased on-site for a minimum of 3 days and everyone in a room must buy. The staff were excellent and very friendly.
My one critique is the communication between the property and myself prior to my stay. I had asked several questions a few weeks before we arrived and did not hear back until we had checked in and been there for a few days.
