Our check in experience was not horrible but not the best. The staff was not as attentive with us as with other guest. We did not let that experience affect our stay. The staff at the restaurants, bars, cleanings, etc, were lovely! The food was delicious, the drinks we strong, the hotel was clean and beautiful, the pool was clean, and best part, no kids!
Our room was upgraded to a one bedroom villa and it was beautiful. It has two bathrooms and an ocean view. The staff was excellent. The property was beautiful! It just openned in early 2022! Food was very good - the all-inclusive was really amazing and can be purchased on-site for a minimum of 3 days and everyone in a room must buy. The staff were excellent and very friendly.
My one critique is the communication between the property and myself prior to my stay. I had asked several questions a few weeks before we arrived and did not hear back until we had checked in and been there for a few days.
