Downtown San Jose del Cabo charms visitors with colorful colonial streets and authentic Mexican character. The neighborhood offers delicious Baja cuisine and fresh seafood at plaza-side restaurants with mariachi ambiance. While limited lodging exists in the historic core, the area is wonderfully walkable with most attractions just steps apart. Taxis and local buses easily connect downtown to nearby beach areas.

Watching humpback whales breach from beachfront bars feels almost unfairly commonplace in this seaside retreat. The historic Art District reveals a sophisticated side, where galleries showcase local talent between colonial buildings painted in sunset hues. Golf courses perch dramatically on oceanside cliffs, challenging players to focus on their swing rather than the spectacular views. Unlike its rowdier sibling Cabo San Lucas, this city maintains a dignified charm with cobblestone streets and family-run restaurants serving the day's catch. Costa Azul Beach attracts surfers while Palmilla Beach offers calmer waters for swimming. Visit the Thursday evening Art Walk when galleries stay open late and artists mingle with visitors over complimentary wine.
When we booked there was only 1 review, which made me leery. However it proved to be the nicest place we have stayed in and around Los Cabos. This was a our 6th trip to the area and this place was wonderful.
10/10 in every way. If you need something, look over your shoulder and you will likely find it. If not, you will find a friendly staff member who will happily to help.
The eclectic art is fantastic, and there are so many thoughtful and luxurious touches throughout the property. The whole place is a next level vibe. Loved it!
This girl was super clean and chic. The lobby is very nice with murals on the walls and a nice coffee bar in the lobby as well as a regular bar on the rooftop area by the pool. The area was safe and the rooms were excellent. Super clean and comfortable. The added robes and slipper was a plus.
All Casa Natalia employees were friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy and they told us where we could park our car. We enjoyed our little patio in the morning. A few weeks before our arrival they helped us schedule a COVID test. The doctor arrived on time, as scheduled, and it was an easy process. Wonderful staff!
The only negative thing I have to say was that it was a little loud with noise from the square and roosters crowing. However, by about 10:30 P.M. on both nights it did quiet down and...
The hotel was beautiful from the moment you walked in to the sleeping accommodations and the swimming pool resort area. The ocean views and private beach access was fantastic. One of the best customer service is experience we’ve had so far. Everyone was attentive and paid attention to detail.
We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was hospitable, attentive, and ensured we had a great time! The food was delicious- Vista Ballenas was the best, however, the dinner at Pergola was very good and the ambience was romantic. The oceanfront view was priceless! I would definitely recommend this resort for couples if you’re looking for a romantic getaway!
Amazing service, consistently throughout the trip. Beautiful hotel, clean rooms, gorgeous facilities. Best beachfront in San Jose del Cabo. And something most hotel reviewers don't often get to write: Kept every single guest calm, comfortable, and most importantly SAFE, during category 3 Hurricane Odile. This hotel, their management, and their staff, went so far above and beyond during the storm and in the days afterward, that words are not able to express my level of gratitude and amazement....
Our check in experience was not horrible but not the best. The staff was not as attentive with us as with other guest. We did not let that experience affect our stay. The staff at the restaurants, bars, cleanings, etc, were lovely! The food was delicious, the drinks we strong, the hotel was clean and beautiful, the pool was clean, and best part, no kids!
This hotel is 20 minutes from the airport. You can get a shuttle for $17 or taxi for $70 one way. I took the shuttle to the airport and took a $22 Uber back to the airport. The hotel is very clean. It is NOT walking distance to the beach. I took a $6 uber to Playa Palmilla and an $8 Uber to Playa Chilleno. An Uber to Downtown Cabo was $24. The free daily breakfast changed every day and was very good. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The hotel still looks new. The ceiling fan is a nice...
This property is beautiful and very well
Kept. The staff is all wonderful , very courteous, welcoming and attentive. Property is newer and it shows. Plenty of food choices at the restaurants which did not disappoint. Property is approximately 30 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from the city /marina. Great views and the infinity pool is amazing. Thank you to all the staff to include Cesar , Mario, Yohari, Victor, Andres , carlos, front desk staff and everyone that we encountered. Will be...
This place was an amazing little hidden gem near downtown. We were walking distance to downtown San Jose del Cabo. The place has all the essentials and bedding was very comfortable. Parking is right in front and the location is safe.
The property was beautiful! It just openned in early 2022! Food was very good - the all-inclusive was really amazing and can be purchased on-site for a minimum of 3 days and everyone in a room must buy. The staff were excellent and very friendly.
My one critique is the communication between the property and myself prior to my stay. I had asked several questions a few weeks before we arrived and did not hear back until we had checked in and been there for a few days.
We'd go back!
This small, no-frills hotel had the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in, and my room smelled fantastic--seriously. My belongings smelled like my room after I had returned home. Housekeeping is great and attentive. Other hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The whole place was clean and well maintained. Great bargain for the price. Would stay there again. They conveniently serve meals in on-site restaurant. I prefer to explore the local fare, but did enjoy the one breakfast and one...
The property is on the older side, but it is very well maintained. The lobby had a nice bar with nightly entertainment. The pool was clean and fun to hang out in ( in part due to the swim up bar!). The pool furniture was in good shape. You could hang out at the beach also ( although the beach there is a shore break that isn’t safe to swim in most of the time). There were daily activities around the pool that were fun. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was good. As an all inclusive,...
