Very nice in the heart of the old town

I had an apartment which was very nice. You can see the cathedral from the upstairs pool. Unfortunately i was only there for one day so didn't get to use the pools.

An excellent base in Campeche

Stayed here while visiting Campeche as part of a trip using the Maya Train route. It was an excellent place: very central and walkable, great communication upon arrival, and the studio option had all the useful elements for light self-catered meals (refrigerator, equipment). The bathroom and shower were clean, and the rooftop pool was a real feature during the stay. Would definitely stay here again!

A beautiful property with original floor tile from hundreds of years ago. Very quiet and clean hotel. Parking is on the street, first come first served. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

Amazing gem!

This was such a gem! Beautiful decor, gigantic room and we had the pool right outside our room. (however it would be nice if the pool was cleaned more often from flies/mosquitos etc). The bed was best bed we've had on our trip. The shower could be better (low water pressure). At one point our water stopped working but after text message to the owners they came over and fixed it straight away. The location is extremely central and the price value was great! 10/10 recommend!

Casa Jade : joli sur les photos, inadmissible dans la réalité. À fuir. Les photos de Casa Jade donnent envie : une jolie maison rénovée en plein centre de Campeche. Mais une fois sur place, rien ou presque ne correspond aux prestations annoncées ni aux standards minimums d’un hôtel. Le parking annoncé n’existe pas. La « piscine » est en réalité un minuscule bassin de quelques mètres avec environ 40 cm d’eau. Pas de Wi-Fi, pourtant annoncé et aujourd’hui indispensable, même en vacances, pour organiser visites, restaurants, déplacements et réservations. Plus grave : pas d’eau chaude dans la chambre et toilettes bouchées. Quand nous signalons l’absence d’eau chaude, aucune solution : on nous répond en substance que si nous ne sommes pas contents, nous devons nous plaindre à Expedia. Depuis quand Expedia est-il responsable de l’eau chaude d’un hôtel ? À un moment donné, il faut rappeler une évidence : des toilettes qui fonctionnent et de l’eau chaude, même en prison, on les a. Et puis vient le fameux « petit déjeuner continental », qui achève le tableau. Pas un fruit, pas un jus de fruits, des frigos quasiment vides, quelques pauvres toasts. Vous devez vous lever, vous servir, tout préparer vous-même et même faire votre vaisselle. À ce compte-là, autant louer un appartement. Nous ne parlons donc plus simplement d’un hôtel décevant. Eau chaude, sanitaires fonctionnels, Wi-Fi annoncé, petit déjeuner digne de ce nom : les fondamentaux ne sont pas assurés. À mon sens, les auto
