"No staff! Was locked inside doors locked till staff showed up lol . We were the only one there . Hotel pictured is not the hotel its across the street renamed Mar-Real . Booked 5 days left after 2 once we foun another place . . DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE"

"We enjoyed our stay at Torreblanca. The location is excellent- located on a quiet street and backing on to one of the best beach areas in the region. The inclusion of breakfast and lunch are a bonus. They aren’t fancy, but have enough options to satisfy most appetites. The pool is very nice and well maintained. The rooms do need some updating, but are clean. "

"El lugar tiene una vista preciosa en dirección a la playa de Guayabitos. Los temas que podrían mejorar son: 1. El acceso: yo fui el fin de semana de pascua y estaban arreglando, para acceder estaba muy complicado porque si no era en auto, tenías que caminar bastante. La sugerencia es que pregunten por dónde pueden entrar, porque cuando llegue, la entrada principal estaba cerrada y debíamos rodear; aunado a que como están arreglando, los taxis ya no quieren ir para allá porque los autos se patinan horrible. 2. El servicio de agua caliente y agua para servicio: a la llegada no había agua caliente para bañarnos, en la noche mandamos msj y fue hasta ese momento que nos fueron a prender el boiler. Nos quedamos sin agua para el baño o para lavarnos las manos en la madrugada, el agua se restauró hasta las 8:00 am del domingo. 3. Check out: ojalá pudieran extender el check out a la 1:00 pm, la página de expedia dice que es a las 12:00 pm, pero al momento de liquidar la habitación, te dicen que la salida es las 11:00 am. Lo que es de destacar, es que afortunadamente cuando llegamos, el dueño del lugar nos apoyó a subirnos a la zona de las cabañas, el señor fue muy amable."

"We booked a room with an ocean view, which was just spectacular. Our last night we had a full moon and the light shining on the bay was so beautiful from our window. All the staff we encountered were so friendly and helpful. Parking was available and secure. "

"Rooms were not cleaned once during our five day stay. I had requested a lower floor due to disabilities and was put on the 4th floor, no elevators. When questioned the staff replied that requests are suggestions only, they don't have to accomodate, and wouldn't. Parking was extremely limited, our car was blocked in and we did not have access to it for the first 3 days there. I would not recommend this hotel"
