"Fantastic stay after last visit 4 years ago. Staff was exceptionally helpful with every aspect of the trip and off-site tours as well. Even without using the all-inclusive benefits on many days, the exceptional staff alone makes me gravitate to this property when I’m in Isla Mujeres."

"Our stay at the Riu Kukulcan was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The property was impeccably clean, but it was the staff that truly made the experience memorable; everyone we encountered was incredibly helpful, polite, and always greeted us with a genuine smile. We were equally impressed by the dining, as the food was amazing with a massive variety of options to suit every taste, ranging from a huge selection of fresh fruits to high-quality meats. The drinks were just as impressive, consistently well-made and delicious. Overall, everything about the resort was excellent, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience."

"This was our second stay at a Riu, and once again, we have no complaints. The hotel is very clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful—they truly make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. There was a great variety of food, and everything we tried was delicious. We will definitely be returning to Riu in the future!"

"The staff was excellent. My only complaint was that unless you are a luxury travel member, there aren’t breakfast options especially on days where you have excursions. There is zero breakfast open until 8 and usually you are gone before then on the excursions. I do wish there were more seats around the pool and at the beach, but overall the drinks and dos were great. The staff was very happy to be there and happy to help."

"This is not a large result. Decent food and somewhat clean rooms. It is dated though as seen through the maintenance. The pool is nice no swim up bar. The beach is small and ok."
