"Loved the cleanliness and the staff. Food was fantastic. Pools and bar also fantastic. Only thing missing is entertainment at night. After 7pm or 8 pm there is really nothing to do"

"This was an excellent family trip, for a family with kids. The only thing I missed from previous vacation was more quiet, but we went to a resort last time that was for older people. This was great for families and kids. Food was excellent, pool was great, beach was beautiful The building does have a few spots that may need to be touched up, And I did notice that the dinner lines were long, but since we were from Expedia, we got to make reservations and got dinner right away at six or 7 PM every night"

"Our stay wasn’t the best this time. We had high expectations since this hotel is advertised as one of the highest-rated. Don’t get me wrong—the main lobby, pool areas, and beach are beautiful. However, there was a very strong fragrance throughout the hotel that was overwhelming for me. Unfortunately, our room had several issues. The shower leaked, allowing water to come out from the door frame. The bed felt loose and very shaky. The mini fridge had a bad smell, and the next day when we tried to get a beer, it was warm—it seemed like the fridge wasn’t working properly. The fan would sometimes turn off by itself, and other times we couldn’t turn it off at all. The food was the worst part of our stay. Even though there were many options, I tried to keep my choices simple to avoid getting sick. However, the food did not taste fresh, and it felt like leftovers from previous meals were being reused. Unfortunately, the food made me sick. Overall, this stay was not very pleasant."
